OT Digital Programme Manager

Connacht Region | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid Working

My client, a multinational manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced OT Digital Programme Manager to support the delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives across a complex operational environment.

This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity based in the Connacht region, with a phased working arrangement starting as a 2 day working week (both days onsite), gradually ramping up to a full working week hybrid engagement as the programme develops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of enterprise digital and operational technology programmes
  • Manage programme governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical workstreams across automation, digitalisation, and systems integration initiatives
  • Drive agile delivery practices across internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee programme budgets, forecasting, and delivery milestones
  • Manage third-party vendors and technical delivery resources
  • Produce executive-level reporting and programme updates

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or technical transformation programmes
  • Strong programme governance and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience operating across OT/IT or industrial technology environments
  • Agile delivery experience within complex technical programmes
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability

Desirable

  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
  • Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory exposure
  • Cloud or enterprise integration platform experience
  • Experience managing pilot or Proof of Value initiatives

Contract Details

  • Initial 6-month contract
  • Based in the Connacht region
  • Starting at 2 days per week onsite
  • Gradually increasing to a full working week on a hybrid basis
  • Competitive daily rate available
